2.8L fermentation crock, perfect for about a cabbage.

Our crocks come with weights to go on top of your vegies inside the pot, and a moat around the top to provide an anaerobic (no oxygen) ferment.

The finish of our Bronze Graphite glaze is rich, dynamic, a bit sparkly and changes with the light – & this crock features the addition of our glossy Onyx glaze – a beautiful pot that is a huge challenge to photograph!
