Fermentation Crock – 1.5L – Gold Flecked Amber

1.5L fermentation crock, perfect for about half a cabbage.

Our crocks come with weights to go on top of your vegies inside the pot, and a moat around the top to provide an anaerobic (no oxygen) ferment.

A rich glossy amber finish, with little flecks of gold throughout. Lined inside with our Bronze Graphite studio glaze.

Approximate dimensions: 16cm high (w lid), 17cm diameter at widest part. 1.5L volume.
