1.5L fermentation crock, perfect for about half a cabbage.

Our crocks come with weights to go on top of your vegies inside the pot, and a moat around the top to provide an anaerobic (no oxygen) ferment.

Matte finish in our very popular Charcoal Minty Moss studio glaze. Lined inside with our Bronze Graphite studio glaze.
